You will get to know the different steps that a new drug must undergo before being available on the market. You will also learn about the protection of patient rights and about safety during a clinical study.
You will meet passionate professionals and learn about their challenging and diversified jobs. You will be able to talk to researchers, medical doctors, study nurses, clinical research associates and laboratory technicians. They will answer all your questions related to their educational background and their daily work.
You will have the opportunity to slip into the role of an expert and evaluate the risks and benefits of a drug. Decide whether a drug is efficient and safe and can be licenced for market introduction.
At the end of the workshop, you can test you newly-acquired knowledge by taking part in a clinical research quiz. Having completed the quiz, you can participate in a lottery to win a prize!
